Galvanically separated inputs are multifunctional and can receive up to 24V. They can be used to detect signals from buttons, infrared barriers, LOOP detectors, etc. Digital inputs without galvanic separation can be used to measure temperature, humidity, etc. Analog inputs are used to obtain voltage from various analog sensors, electrical circuits (4-20mA) such as detector converters, for example Pt100 and others.
