AI Fundamentals and Applications training at NRJ Soft

Yesterday, our colleagues took a peek into the future during the training "AI Fundamentals and Applications". We used a hybrid format - on-site at the office and online.
The training aimed to introduce employees to the differences between artificial intelligence and automation, AI training approaches, and its business applications. The lecturer Yani Lozanov debunked some of the popular myths about AI and presented real examples of its application. A close encounter with the future, but with more algorithms.
The main topics we focused on were as following:
- How to distinguish artificial intelligence from automation
- AI training approaches
- How AI can help automate processes, improve efficiency, and make better decisions
- AI applications in business
- AI in security systems
- Smart parking solutions with AI capabilities
- Maintenance automation
- Ethical issues related to the development and use of AI
NRJ Soft employees had the opportunity to ask questions and participate in the discussion, which helped them consolidate their knowledge and get answers to their questions. This knowledge will be useful for their work and contribute to better customer service.
