Building Energy Renovation Project, financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan with the support of the European Union through the NextGenerationEU instrument

Project BG-RRP-4.021-0081-C01 “Building Energy Renovation” was successfully implemented in the administrative building of NRJ Soft Ltd., located at 22 Tutrakan Blvd., Ruse, Bulgaria.
Within the framework of the project, the planned energy efficiency measures were implemented, resulting in a significant improvement in the building’s operational performance and a reduction in energy consumption. The completed activities contribute to more efficient use of energy resources, lower maintenance and operating costs, and the creation of a more comfortable and sustainable working environment.
The achieved results have a positive impact both on the company’s operations and on the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and limiting the negative effects on the climate.
The investments made have a long-term effect and ensure the sustainability of the achieved results for years to come. The improved energy efficiency will contribute to reducing operating costs and will create opportunities for the company’s future development with higher resource efficiency. Following the implementation of the construction and installation works under the package of recommended energy-saving measures, the building will meet the requirements for a nearly zero-energy building and will be classified as Energy Class A according to the energy performance scale.
The project was implemented in compliance with the requirements of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and with the financial support of the European Union through the NextGenerationEU instrument.
