Privacy Policy
We collect login information - user name, date and time of login. The application records its current (or last known) location and transmits this data alongside other information about the car such as license plate number, current status (paid, not paid, has clamp and so on…). The location is recorded even if the application is in the background or closed. Actions made in the applications as payments, checks and status changes are recorded and can be viewed in the reports in your clients web site.
Our application does not contain ads.
We could use a third party analytics tool, Google Analytics, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other pages they use prior to coming to our services. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our services.
Creation of a login account is possible only from the web site, which is different for every client.
Information that is recorded and collected is used to generate the reports you need about car payments, checks and statuses and can be viewed in your customers web site. You must use your credentials to login and you must have the appropriate rights to access.
We retain data as follows:
We do not use the application to store consumer end-user parking accounts. The application is an operational tool for authorized staff of municipalities and parking operators.
Individual app users (for example municipal or parking staff) cannot delete their account or operational data through the NRJ City Zone application.
Accounts and access rights are created and managed by the client organization (municipality or parking owner/operator) through its client website/administration. That organization decides who may use the system, what rights each user has, and how long related operational data is kept.
If a user needs their access removed or has questions about deletion of personal data related to their use of the system, they must contact the administrator of their employer / the municipality or parking operator that provided their login credentials. That organization is responsible for disabling accounts and handling data deletion or retention requests according to its internal procedures and applicable law.
NRJ Soft does not provide a self-service data deletion process inside the application, because user accounts and data are controlled by the client organizations that operate the system.
If you want to send us your feedback or bug report or if you want further information about our privacy policy and what it means, please feel free to email us at info@nrjsoft.com, we will endeavor to provide clear answers to your questions in a timely manner.
